This staffing process is intended to staff positions at the following job levels: • * SP01 (Salary Range – $44,311 to $48,916) • English Essential • SP02 (Salary Range – $50,808 to $56,081) • English Essential • Bilingual Imperative • SP03 (Salary Range – $56,326 to $62,175) • English Essential • Bilingual Imperative • SP04 (Salary Range – $61,774 to $69,526) • English Essential • Bilingual Imperative DUTIES INCLUDE (but Are Not Limited To) For SP01 and SP02 Opportunities: • Sorting, scanning and filing large volumes of incoming mail and documents • Inspecting high volumes of documents and forms for accuracy and identifying errors For SP03 And SP04 Opportunities • Reviewing and inspecting populated forms and documents that may require corrective action • Identifying and escalating issues when necessary, and conducting research through internal and external sources to resolve issues A complete work description can be provided upon request at a later stage in the staffing process. Language English Essential, Bilingual Imperative BBB/BBB, BBC/BBC, and/or CBC/CBC INTENT OF THE PROCESS Short term contract positions (i.e. generally ranging from 2 to 6 months) located in Sudbury, Ontario will primarily be staffed. Shifts for these opportunities may vary from 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. in the Eastern Standard Time Zone. The pools established from this staffing process may be used to staff similar positions. Once you accept an offer of employment, you may not be eligible for other opportunities from this staffing process until your current contract ends, to minimize business disruption. You will, however, remain in the pool(s) until they expire. The staffing board may be holding voluntary information sessions for candidates to learn more about the job and the staffing process. If you are interested in attending an information session, there may be an opportunity to request a session. Essential Staffing Requirements To be eligible, you must meet the following requirements: EDUCATION Minimum Education Required For SP01, SP02, And SP03 Positions • Successful completion of two years of secondary school; Minimum Education Required For SP04 Positions • A secondary school diploma; You MUST upload your education credentials and proof of your education credentials in the Education Section of your candidate profile and submit all required documents at the time you submit your application. Experience No prior experience is required for the above-noted opportunities.
